The Process From Quote to Installation

Quotation

To receive a personalized quote, simply click on one of the many ‘request a quote’ buttons on the website. Once you have entered your details, a member of our sales team will contact with you within a few working days.  They will discuss with you your requirements and in most circumstances, organize for an on-site meeting to view the area and discuss any further details. This meeting ensures that we can offer the most reasonable and accurate quote for you. To proceed, we (Outdoor Blinds Perth) would require a 50% deposit. Our bank account details are located on the written quote given. Please enter customer name and quote number, which is located the top right of your quote page (4 digit number in red) for reference. Once the payment has been made, please let the sales person know by sending them a copy of the payment receipt.

Check Measure

Upon finalization of the quote and the 50% deposit paid, your job details are passed on to our Installation Team. The designated installer will contact you to confirm and check for any final details before providing the order for manufacturing. The standard time frame for this process (Check Measure) is within one week from quote acceptance/deposit.

Installation

Once the order is ready from the manufacturing team, the installer is notified and he can then schedule the installation with you. Providing the installation is successful, the final 50% balance will then be required to be paid. In some cases, the installer will need to return again at a later date to finalize installation. In regards to Automatic Installations, we would usually only notify the electrician after successfully completing the initial installation. Therefore, it is most common for them to complete the electrical connection on a later date. The standard time frame from check measure to installation is about 3 weeks.

Time frame and process may change from job to job dependent on customers requested product, installation difficulty or location.
